The following are quotes, mostly from myself, I have labelled the ones I think are original with -Anonymous, however it would not surprise me if somebody else has already said it but I just haven't heard it.

I am aware many will say 'I disagree' and hence feel they have disproved this point, I would say to them that they have not engaged in philosophy but have just argued the initial opposing argument. Which compounds the above point.

The reason for this is that when one forgives, we release any pent up negative emotion from ourselves so we can become healthier, in the process of forgiveness we should learn why not to be angry for another's wrong doing and overstand the events that brought about their actions
forgiveness is good, nobody is perfect and forgiveness helps us recognise and have compassion for this (imagine if you never forgave your mother for not washing your favourite top?).
Do not forget as if you have truly forgiven, there is no need to forget and you may even thank the person for their wrong doing as it may have taught you something about life.
If you have forgiven fully then you can happily remember events and even laugh about them. To forget is to distance yourself from you, this is not
to say it is good to dwell on bad stuff, it is to say that every event is a chance for learning, we should learn our lessons and move on, we should not run from past events,
instead we should embrace them and face them with no fear, overstand them, forgive others and ourselves, learn our lesson and move on, in this way we become wiser and stronger, in this way we progress.

If we all lived every day as if it was our last a lot of us would get into debt and give up on the world, life is ongoing, it never ends, so why not do what you can to help those around you, do what you can to bring a bit of heaven to this world.

Many of us have wanted to smack the fool out of somebody, well it's true that it doesn't work, although it may make them scared to be foolish towards you again
generally it will only make matters worse in the long run, try to understand the influences on them and why they are acting foolish towards you, try not to take it personally rather see the
more amusing side to it.

Even a wise man can be mis-informed and make a mistake, however a wise man will accept his mistake when it is made clear to him.

It is pointless to complain about a problem over and over it's best we talk about solutions with an anything is possible attitude. Informing your peers is a good start but it's just the beginning.

Coincidences do not exist in maths, everything has a cause which undermines any idea of radom happenings seeming to be connected, in truth they are connected, everything is connected through one way or another.

Again quite self explanitory, we were all created for a reason as was every cell in our bodies, our bodies are an expression of us and we are that of our mother's and father's, furthermore we are an expression of our source.
